Return/Refund Policy

Returns 

Returns are possible within a 30 day time period of the purchase date.  Purchases over the 30 day grace period will No longer be accepted for refunds or exchanges. 

To be eligible for an item return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your return will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, an email notification (to the original email provided) will be sent stating your item is received and approved or rejected.  If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.  All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee that is deducted off of the return amount.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company.  It may take time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If your refunded is not posted after 14 days of the approval email notification please contact us at info@pavetool.com.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We will replace defective or damaged items. If an item needs exchanging for the same item please email info@pavetool.com and send your item to: 190 Tunnel Road, Vernon, CT 06066

Shipping 
To return your product, please mail the product to: 190 Tunnel Road, Vernon, CT 06066. All Shipping expenses are paid by the customer.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over the purchase price of $75.00, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  Pave Tool is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
