Multi 6 (paver clamp)
A paver clamp that moves full layers of product. This can be set to most pave stone formats, positions, and thicknesses with only a few actions and no need for special tools.
Description
Pave stone layers of 0,6 m² (6.5 ft²) to 1,5 m² (16 ft²) can be picked without a problem.
The Multi 6 paver clamp grips thin pave stones of 4.0 cm (1.57") up to thick 24.0 cm (9.44") pave stones and a range of pave stone layers weighing up to 550 kg (1,212 lbs).
The clamp can also pick uneven pave stones within reason.
The Multi 6 moves the pave stones into the running bond pattern easily, regardless of whether the rectangular paver has been laid correctly or not.
Can adjust running bond from 16.5 cm (6.5") to 10 cm (3.93")
Even anti-slip pave stones can be moved into the running bond pattern easily.
Pave stones in herring bone pattern with or without half stones are laid without problem.
Whether concrete or brick pavers, the clamp does its job.
The intelligent 6-arm clamping technology utilizes only 60 bar hydraulic pressure. Clamping protects the transport of the pave stones.

The Optimas PlanMatic performs leveling in both the forwards and reverse modes. Many operators distribute the material roughly (for height and sometimes even in the corners) in forwards movement, whilst achieving the exact height setting in the reverse movement. All system components (laser, transverse slope, ultrasonic) can be combined. The ultrasonic sensor automatically records the height of the ground, line or curbstone edge. Fully-automatic side flaps reduce correction work. The leveling screed can be controlled both manually and fully-automatic.

The chassis with two rubber chains enables the Vacu-Mobil Allrounder to maneuver in difficult terrain. A folding boom permits simple operation in a cramped environment e.g. against house walls or tree rows. The device can be stabilized easily using the four hydraulically-controllable support feet. The very compact dimensions of the device means that no entrance is too narrow. The mast can be folded in (requires a single person) in only a few minutes. Quick and easy release of the suction plates using the quick release plate.
